Sequel to arguments between locals and foreigners
  A foreign man was found dead in front of a nightclub in Pargas in Southwest Finland late Saturday night.    The police said there were an argument and a fight between Finnish nationals and foreigners.   “The fight started in front of a restaurant and at some point a man was found dead in the street,” said Chief Inspector Matti Ala-Haavisto.   The investigation into the death is still in its infancy, and the police cannot yet accurately explain the course of events.
