The State-owned manufacturing company, Patria on Tuesday handed over the first consignment of 113 armored vehicles to Swedish defense Administration. Patria delivered the vehicles as per the contract of EUR 250 million made in 2010.
The Finnish armed vehicle manufacturing company Patria emerged in the market in 2004 and already got orders for 1400 armored vehicles from seven different clients.
A handing over ceremony was held at the patria hemeenlinna primises on Tuesday where Director of Swedish defense administration , Lena Erixon and Patrias, business manager ,Seppo Seppälä was attended among others.
