Seasonally adjusted output grew by 0.2 per cent in February from the month before.
Adjusted for working days, output increased by 0.4 per cent from the level of the previous year, says the Statistics Finland’s data.
The working-day adjusted output fell in January by 0.4 per cent compared to January 2013, according to the revised data.
Services went up by one per cent from February 2013. The secondary production, that includes manufacturing and construction decreased by three per cent and primary production by one per cent, according to the data.
Services comprise trade, hotel and restaurant activities, transport and business activities, as well as real estate, renting and research services, financial intermediation and insurance, and public services while primary production refers to agriculture, forestry and fishing.
