Finns buy more than one-third of the total alcoholic drinks sold in Estonia, reports an Estonian survey.
 
Four out five Finns buy alcohol when visiting Estonia and on an average every Finn spends euro 122 on alcohol purchase.
 
According to another Estonian survey, the revenue obtained by Estonia from alcohol increased by nearly seven percent last year.
 
Consumption of alcohol in Estonia is falling. Estonians in 2013 consumed exactly 10 litres of pure alcohol per capita while in 2012 the figure was 10.3 litres.
 
Last year Estonians consumed 76 litres of beer and around 11 litres of wine per capita and per head consumption of strong alcoholic drinks stood at nine litres.
