Three senior figures in the company that took over the operations of ill fated Copterline are suspected of aggravated money laundering as well as other charges, reported Finnish language daily Iltalehti.
 
The senior figures in the company did not comment on the matter, according to Iltalehti.
 
Kari Uoti, the lawyer representing the company chair of the board termed the money laundering allegation absurd.
 
In 2005, 14 people perished in the Copterline helicopter crash.
 
The company was later declared bankrupt.
