The prices of labour inputs in construction increased by 0.6 per cent and those of materials went up by 1.7 per cent while the prices of other inputs increased by 0.7 per cent from one year ago.
The total index of building costs declined slightly from November to December.
The prices of labour inputs remained unchanged from the previous month. The prices of materials went down by 0.1 per cent, and those of other inputs went up by 0.1 per cent month-on-month as per the data.
