Building costs were 0.9 per cent higher in January 2015 than in January of the previous year, according to Statistics Finland.
 
The prices of labour inputs in construction increased by 1.4 per cent in January 2015.
 
The prices of materials went up by 0.7 per cent and the prices of other inputs by 0.6 per cent from one year ago, the data show.
 
From December to January, the total index of building costs rose by 0.2 per cent.
 
The prices of labour inputs increased by 0.5 per cent while the prices of materials and other inputs went up by 0.1 per cent month-on-month.
