Finnish exports to Greece fell by two percent during the period of January to November, 2014 compared to the stipulated period of the previous year, sources at the Finnish Customs said.
 
The value of the exports to Greece during January to November, 2014 amounted to 110 million euros.
 
The share of Finnish exports to Greece amounted to 0.2 percent of the total Finnish exports.
 
Exports to Greece fell drastically during 2008 to 2011, and have not yet returned to the previous levels.
 
Imports from Greece, however, increased by almost one-fifth between January and November 2014 compared to the corresponding period in 2013.
 
The value of imports from Greece totalled 153 million euros, and amounted to 0.3 percent of the total Finnish imports.
 
Forest industry products comprised by far the largest exports.
 
The share of paper and cardboard amounted to almost a third of all exports to Greece last year.
