The new amendment is expected to be signed by the president today and will come into force on 16 November this year.
A seller of a car will thus hand over a kind of certification or a written document indicating the sale.
However, the registration certificate will still be needed while driving abroad.
Furthermore, keeping registration certificates inside buses, lorries and trailers will maintained until the end of 2016.
