Nordea bank online service disruption which began to manifest on Tuesday is still going on.
Some customers said it resulted in many online banking transactions being untraceable. However, Nordea said the majority of transactions have been updated and the service is working normally.
Due to the problems, some customers’ accounts could become negative, leaving customers unable to pay using their cards.
In such a case, Nordea had advised customers to call the customer service number 0200 3000.
Nordea said they are working to resolve the problem. According to the bank, the disruption is an internal technical problem and not a case of external attack.
