The Posti Group Corporation has agreed the sale of several properties of its real estate portfolio to Norwegian Ness, Risan & Partners.
The price for the transaction is approximately 120 million euros.
The properties to be sold include the Tampere, Kuopio and Oulu postal centres, Tuusula warehouse and the freight terminal in Pirkkala.
The properties will be transferred to the new owner on April 22. The freight terminal will be transferred upon its completion at the end of next year.
Posti will continue its business operations in the properties with long-term leases.
