National railway operator VR Group will launch rolling stock maintenance statutory negotiations on May 4.
The negotiations will concern all white-collar employees as well employees outside the collective bargaining agreement.
In all, the negotiation concerns 300 employees. The preliminary redundancy need is estimated at 100 employees at maximum.
According to VR, the negotiation is necessary due to economic, production and operation restructuring reasons.
