Antti Rinne, the leader of opposition in parliament and the chief of the Suomen Sosialidemokraattinen Puolue (Social Democratic Party of Finland) believes the social contract negotiation which stalled this week should continue within a broader group and more expansive agenda.

The Vihreä liitto (Green League) and the Vasemmistoliitto (Left Alliance) have also arrived at the same conclusion.

Furthermore, there is a need to find products which can be traded outside the country.

The Left Alliance believes the cuts in education and product development is a wrong choice for the government.

The social democrats and the Greens believe it is vital to create opportunities through public procurement to obtain references for growth enterprises, thus enabling them to internationalise.

A good example, according to the chair of the Green Party Ville Niinistö, can be found in renewable energy.
