Three Finnish companies have been cooperating and handing over mobile phones and data terminal equipment to asylum seekers and the Finnish Red Cross volunteers working at the centres.

About a hundred devices were estimated to have been collected.

The devices were donated by Elisa and Aller Media employees and were repaired by Tapsa.

The CEO of Aller Media in a statement encouraged other companies to support asylum seekers.

The three companies through the joint donation wished to welcome asylum seekers to the country and enable them to keep in touch with their close ones around the world.
