During January to November, the industrial output declined by 1.6 per cent from the year before.
In November, seasonally adjusted output went down by 0.5 per cent from October, the data show.
In October, seasonally adjusted output fell by 0.9 per cent from September. In September, seasonally adjusted output grew by 1.1 per cent from the month before.
The output fell most in the electrical and electronics industry, by 7.8 per cent. In the chemical industry, it decreased by 5.2 per cent from twelve months back.
Industrial output went up by 2.5 per cent in the forest industry.
In the forest industry, capacity utilisation rate was 87.7 per cent in November, or 3.2 percentage points higher than in November 2014.
In the metal industry, the capacity utilisation rate was 82.1 per cent in November, or 1.1 percentage points higher than one year earlier as per the statistics.
