The rents of non-subsidised rental dwellings went up by an average of 2.4 per cent in the whole country.
In the Greater Helsinki Area the rents of non-subsidised rental dwellings went up by 2.5 per cent and in the rest of Finland by 2.3 per cent.
The rents of government subsidised dwellings rose by 2.9 per cent in the whole country, the statistics show.
Compared to the previous quarter, the rents of non-subsidised dwellings rose by an average of 0.6 cent and the rents of government subsidised dwellings by 0.4 per cent.
