Ginolis Ltd, an Oulu-based global desktop automation and liquid handling solutions provider, has delivered its first lateral flow device assembly (LFDA-3) to the Suzhou Dingshi Medical Technology company in China, Ginolis announced last Friday.
The revolutionary rapid test assembly solution provides flexible production capacity to the manufacturers within a desktop footprint.
Right now, the LFDA-3 of Ginolis is showcased at the Medica tradeshow being held in Düsseldorf, Germany from November 14 to 17. Visit Ginolis at Hall 1 Stand B15 at the tradeshow to see the newest invention in the area of liquid handling solution.
“The new modular compact LFDA-3 went beyond all our expectations. We are very happy with the system and the cooperation with Ginolis,” said Suzhou Dingshi Medical Technology CEO Alex Xi.
“They [Ginolis] have been professional and accommodated all our needs. We are looking forward to going further with Ginolis,” added Xi.
The innovative LFDA solution provides high volume production capacity with automated visual inspection and guidance, ensuring the highest standard of quality control. It is easily adaptable and can assemble different rapid tests with minimal product specific adjustments.
“The first LFDA-3 system delivery was a great success. Dingshi has been a great partner and we look forward working with them in the future,” said Ginolis Sales and Marketing Vice President Jorma Venäläinen.
“This is a very important step for us in moving forward in the Asia Pacific market,” Venäläinen said, adding, “We feel that there is a huge growth potential for Ginolis’ solutions in Asia and this deal is a testament to that.”
The total value of the deal has not been disclosed.
