THEME OF THE ASTANA EXHIBITION FOR FINLAND With the theme of Astana Expo 2017 - “Future Energy - Solutions for Tackling Mankind's Greatest Challenge" - Kazakhstan sets out an excellent possibility to showcase each country’s knowhow in promotion of sustainable energy. Finland’s theme carries the slogan in Kazakh language ”Финляндия - таза энергия”, in Russian ”Финляндия – чистая энергия” and in English “Sharing Pure Energy”, which is strongly connected to the Finnish energy expertise. The subthemes for Finland are Energy production and distribution, Energy Efficiency, Cleantech. Subjects such as education, construction and health technology are in the focus of FINNAIR SPREADS ITS WINGS TO ASTANA Finnair will add a new short-haul route to Astana, operating two weekly flights between Helsinki and Astana, from June 19 to August 11. On 20th of June Finland will celebrate the National Day at EXPO – The centenary of Finland’s independence. The program will include different cultural events with high level officials and representatives from Finland.
