At least 16 children were burnt to death Sunday when a bus carrying them caught fire in a city of Colombia's northern Magdalena department, authorities said.      Sixteen bodies believed to be children have been recovered, and the death toll could rise as the Technical Investigation Department was still combing through the debris, local radio station Caracol cited Magdalena police chief Adan Leon as saying.      Leon said that 14 other children were rescued, but they suffered various degrees of injuries.
