  Noted lyricist Veikko ‘Vexi’ Salmi, a friend of visual arts, has recently received a 10,000 euro price from the Cultural Foundation of Häme for his immense contributions to arts and lyric.    Vexi Salmi was also acclaimed at the annual party for his lyrics and passion for arts.    Salmi was inspired to practise arts by conversations at the restaurants with Taisto Ahola, a painter.
