  The CEO of Russian language radio station Radio Sputnik has refuted media reports that the station is moving towards becoming a fully-fledged English-language broadcasting station, reported the Kauppalehti, a Finnish language business newspaper.   Dmitri Tsyganok, CEO of Radio Sputnik, clarified that the radio station plans to introduce a four-hour morning show and not geared to becoming a full-time English language station.   The reason, according to Tsyganok, is the economic difficulties brought about by declining Russian advertising.   The main part of the radio station’s programmes will continue to be broadcast in Russian, asserted Tsyganok.   National broadcaster YLE on Saturday ... details
