One person was stabbed to death on Saturday in Laajalahdentie area of Isojärvi in Kokkola.

Police said they arrested two persons in connection with the murder.

Sources said police, informed by the neighbours, recovered the body from the residence of the deceased.

The initial investigation revealed the killing took place in the apartment of the deceased as a sequel to an altercation.
