Katainen will meet his Estonian counterpart Andrus Ansip and the President of Estonia, Toomas Hendrik Ilves in Tallinn during his visit.
The Premiers will focus various bilateral issues including economy and energy during their meeting.
The meeting will also discuss some key European Union issues including growth, employment and youth unemployment, development of the Economic and Monetary Union, the banking union and inclusion of Latvia in the Euro group.
