The production of different food grains and crops is expected to be higher this season compared to that of last year, according to the sources of the ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
 
The harvest of crops is expected to be 3.9 billion kilograms this season, which is 0.3 billion kilograms higher than the total production of last year.
 
Ministry sources said that the good weather during the summer has accelerated the ripening of autumn crops.
 
The authority expected bumper production of potato this year and the production would be much more higher than that of previous year.
 
The expected production of potato, however, is still lower than the amount of the average of the last 10 years.

The production of wheat and rye yield per hectare, however, land has decreased this year compared to that of the last year.
 
The ministry, however, said that adverse weather during rest of the summer might affect the production.
