The law enforcers in a drive arrested two of the suspected robbers from the nearby area immediately after the incident while another suspect was arrested on Monday, said police.
Police said that the robbery took place at about7:30 pm when a person entered into the SIWA shop at Viitakumpu and demanded money from the shopkeeper.
The person showed an object wrapped with a paper bag and threatened the shopkeeper saying that there was a gun in the bag.
The robber after taking money from the shopkeeper left the spot in a silver-coloured private car, which was waiting for him behind the shop.
Police being informed of the incident caught a private car along with two persons in connection with the robbery on Sunday night while another one was arrested on Monday, police said. More News
