South Korean Prime Minister Chung Hong-won is scheduled to meet Prime Minister JyrkiKatainen in Helsinki on October 23, said an official press release.
Discussions between the premiers would primarily focus on the countries' bilateral relations and they would also discuss the economic outlook in Finland and Korea, and in the euro area and the world as a whole, according to the press release.
During the meeting, the prime ministers are expected to sign an agreement between South Korea and Finland concerning cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear energy.
During his visit, Prime Minister Chung would also have a meeting with President of the Republic SauliNiinistö and Speaker of Parliament EeroHeinäluoma.
