Following similar remarks during his party annual congress in June, Soini said he would re-evaluate the matter; but his stance remains the same.
"I admit that the temptation to be involved was great," wrote the True Finns chief in his blog, adding that: “During the party congress I promised to my party members that I will stay in Finland."
There was public speculation that he could revert from the stance he took in June.
