Helsinki emerged as a new entry in the Top 25 European cities, ranking second best overall behind London which topped the list.
Financial Times published European Cities and Region of the Future report, which measures different regions and cities attractiveness to direct and foreign investment.
The report consolidated information in 468 regions and cities looking into five categories: economic potential, human capital, lifestyle, cost effectiveness, infrastructure, as well as business friendliness.
