A man was killed when he came in contact with electricity after he climbed on top of a cargo train in Tampere in the early hours of Monday.
 
The incident took place near the bridge located in Kalevantie at around 4:30am.
 
The man is reported to have climbed on top of the empty sulphuric acid-wagon.
 
The police said the man was hit by high-voltage electric arc, causing him to die instantly. 
 
Details regarding the death could be known after completion of the autopsy.
 
The badly-burnt body of the man could not be immediately identified as of Monday afternoon.
 
The reason behind his climbing on top of the wagon could not be ascertained, the police said.
