A train conductor was attacked by a man and received feet and hand injuries in a Tampere-Helsinki train on Saturday evening.
According to the Kanta-Häme police, the conductor resorted to use of force to restrain the man said to be around 25-years-old.
The man, described as confused and a nuisance to other passengers, attacked the conductor from behind after the conductor ordered him to leave the train at Hämeenlina.
The conductor was helped by another passenger and held the man to the ground until the arrival of the police.
The man has been charged with assault.
