A valuable Mannerheim Cross of Liberty Second Class is reported to have been stolen from the Infantry Museum in Mikkeli.
 
The worth of the cross according to the police is 40,000 euros.
 
The cross was stolen this month from the museum’s display. There however is no information whether any other valuable was stolen from the museum.
 
The police are investigation the matter as an aggravated theft.
