FTimes – STT Report, Dec. 30
Previously, the law required that headlights must be attached to the bike itself and cycling with only a light attached to the helmet was not permitted.
According to the law, cyclists must use light that emit white or pale-yellow light.
The Finnish Transport Safety Agency-Trafi, however, recommends that headlights should continue to be attached to the bike, since unlike the light attached to helmet, its visibility is much better.
