A police operation in front an apartment building located at the city centre Turku on Tuesday attracted public attention.
According to the police, the operation had been caused by an incident in which a man was found dead in front of the building.
The man in his 40s died apparently from falling off the balcony of an apartment of the building, said the police.
The police were notified about the incident which took place at Koulukatu, a street in Turku city centre at around 1:00 pm.
The incident drew public attention because the police had cordoned off the street.
The police do not suspect involvement of crime in the incident.
