Nearly 30 Hornet fighter jets will be engaged in night flights from Monday to Thursday. The exercise will take place in the areas between Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Rovaniemi and Oulu.
The exercise also includes low flights. The Defence Forces aims to avoid the noise disturbance by directing flights to sparsely populated areas.
During the exercise, the fighter jets will use a protection device which may appear as bright flash in the dark sky.
