A passenger train collided with a dump truck on Friday in Kokemäki in southwest Finland, leaving two people injured and the railway blocked, local media reported.

     The truck turned over and the locomotive of the train was damaged in the collision. Both drivers were injured, Finnish daily Turun Sanomat reported.

     When the accident happened, the train was on the way from Tampere to Pori. Tampere and Pori are two cities located in south-western part of Finland.

     According to Finnish railway company VR, there were 25 passengers in the train when the collision happened.

     After the accident, a section of the railway line was temporarily blocked. VR said the rail transport between Tampere and Pori was replaced by buses.
