The incident took place at a filling station in Pattijoki about three years ago in which two vendors refused to launch the cash operated refuelling pump because of the customer's ethnicity.
The Court of Appeal ruling came after the District Court had earlier dismissed the charges brought against the three.
The two vendors are reported to have acted upon a verbal directive given by the shop manager.
In addition to the fine handed by the court, the three were ordered to compensate the aggrieved for the suffering caused.
