The Eastern Uusimaa police department said the 14-year-old boy has been missing since April 11 from Veera children’s home in Järvenpää.
The police suspect the suspect and the son are together.
The boy is around 180 centimetres tall, slender and has dark brown hair of normal length. He possibly wears spectacles.
The police have appealed for witnesses in case of any sightings of the missing father and son.
The two were last seen in the Uusimaa region.
