Nearly one in two women who work in the service industry has experienced sexual harassment while dealing with customers.
According to a Service Union United-PAM survey, women who work with drunken customers suffer the most from sexual harassment.
In the case of men, one in every six has been subjected to sexual harassment.
In terms of professional grouping, bar workers were found to have experienced sexual harassment the most. Over 80 per cent of bar workers have been sexually harassed at work places, found the survey.
