Defense Minister Jussi Niinisto has mandated that the Finnish Defence Forces will order 24 armoured off-road vehicles for use in crisis management.
The Mercedes Benz vehicles will be purchased from the Veho Group. Shipping is scheduled for next year.
The contract for the armoured vehicles is related to armed forces international crisis management development, and the cost is approximately euro 8 million.
