The Turku Administrative Court has decided to declare inadmissible the appeals of the Nature Conservation Association regarding wolf hunting licenses.
According to the court, the NCA in Tapiola has no standing in the exemption affairs of regional or local game centres, and appeals should be directed toward those game centres directly.
The complaints concerned exemptions granted by two regional came centres. One was a waiver granted from late February to mid-March for hunting wolves in a demarcated area in Satakunta.
The other was for three wolves in two confined regions in Southwest-Finland.
The Administrative Court in February denied the implementations of the NCA's application before handing down a final decision.
