The popularity of the Perusuomalaiset (Finns Party) continued to decline, according to survey commissioned by national broadcaster Yle which was released on Thursday.
 
On the other hand, the support for all the opposition parties improved.
 
The Finns Party support currently is at 8.9 percent which is nearly one percentage point lower than in the previous month.
 
The support for Suomen Sosialidemokraattinen Puolue (Social Democratic Party of Finland) im-proved by 0.3 percent to exactly 21 percent.
 
The Suomen Keskusta (Centre Party) still remains the most popular party in the country with 21.6 percent of the support, while Kansallinen Kokoomus (National Coalition Party) is third with 18.3 percent of the support base.
 
The support for Vihreä liitto (Green Party is at 12.6 percent, while Vasemmistoliitto (Left Alliance) enjoys 8.1 percent of the voters support.
 
As a result of the drop of Finns Party support, the support of the combined three governing parties is currently under 49 percent.
 
The survey was conducted by Taloustutkimus in November interviewing a total of 2,408 persons.
