Kruunupuisto rehabilitation center in Punkaharju, Savonlinna was evacuated on Friday due to a fire.
Around 70 people were in the building when the fire broke out.
The evacuees have been allowed to return into the building, said the on-duty chief fire fighter. Some of the facilities in the building resumed normal operations after the incident.
There were no injuries reported.
The fire began when a bundle of cables caught fire. Smoke spread over a wide area.
