Not all foreigners who commit crimes are deported, since a total of 123 deportation proposals were made at the end of November, said the report.
According to the newspaper's sources, a decision to deport 248 persons had been taken.
The figures do not include asylum seekers refusal of entry in the country.
The majority of decision to deport foreigner is due to lack of a residence permit.
The newspaper said the number of deportees has increased. Until 2009, the number of persons deported had been under a hundred. The number of deportation has almost tripled since 2010 as over 200 persons are deported each year now.
A foreigner may be deported from Finland due to crime if the maximum sentence is less than a year imprisonment or if one has been found guilty of committing offences repeatedly.
