A car accident claimed the lives of two middle aged men after the van they were travelling in overturned in Lapinlahti, North Savonia, said the Eastern Finland police.
The accident happened at Rautavaarantie,Varpaisjärvi.
A passerby spotted the van besides a tree early on Sunday morning before 5.00am.
The police investigation revealed that the van run into a ditch on the opposite side of the lane. The van was damaged completely.
The police will continue with investigation in conjunction with the traffic accident.
