An aggressive man is believed to have assaulted a girl and a young woman in a Salo market on Saturday when they refused his advances to buy sex.
The police patrol received alert after being informed of a man who wanted to purchase sex from women.
The culprit is suspected of sexual harassment and of hitting the 15-year-old girl on the head with his fist. A 19-year-old woman also confirmed the reports of a sex purchaser who had hit a woman on the mouth.
The police arrested the foreign man shortly afterwards. He is suspected of assault, sexual harassment and insubordination.
The police said other offence may have been committed in the area. Complainants have been requested to contact the Salo police.
