Two young men are suspected of a series of crimes committed at around 8pm Wednesday in downtown Kokkola, Central Ostrobothnia. 
 
The police said the two local youth first broke a moped helmet. Afterwards, the duo seized a woman’s wallet and beat up a man who was accompanying her.
 
Later, the men continued on their journey and threatened young passersby for their money. 
 
According to the police, one of the men still beat up a man who had given them money.
 
The police arrested the men and transferred them to a police jail. 
 
The case is being investigated as, among other things, robbery, assault, theft, and destruction of property.
