Fri, 24 Jun, 2016 12:02:39 AM FTimes - STT Report, Jun 24  File Photo – Str / Lehtikuva. The Pirkanmaa District Court on Thursday sentenced two men to 11 years imprisonment for a mur-der which took place at Härmälä in Tampere in March.
According to the court, the two together committed violence, including, among other things, striking the victim three times on the head with a hammer.
The victim was a Tampere resident in his 50s.
One of the convicts Mika Gunnar Tapio Bamberg received 11 years and eight months imprisonment while the other Valtteri Janne Veli Kilpeläinen was awarded 11 years and six months.
According to the court, Bamberg had repeatedly threatened the victim before the killing.
Another convict Jari Antero Korpi received a four year sentence for abetting the murder.
According to the court, among other things, he showed Bamberg and Kilpeläinen the victim's apartment.
