According to detective chief inspector Ismo Kopra, one reason against investigation is that the messages were exchanged in a private group.
The group had posted, among other things, photos of weapons and racist material.
According to Kopra, the decision was made based on current information, and the National Bureau of Investigation will continue to monitor things.
A Finnish-language newspaper Etelä-Suomen Sanomat first published the report in this regard.
