The North Savonia District Court has ordered to detain a resident of Iisalmi born in 1988 on suspicion of committing at least 115 online frauds, said the police.
The cases and charges against the suspect are currently being considered by the prosecutor.
The cases involve, according to the police, tens of thousands of euros.
After the police made the suspect’s visual descriptions public, the man surrendered himself to the police and he was put in detention.
He was previously detained for similar cases last year, said the police.
