FTimes-STT Report, Sep 21

National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) is continuing investigation of the suspected arson of bus depot in Vantaa which occurred in June.

NBI’s investigation has revealed that several drivers were resting in the nearby building during the arson.

According to the assessment of NBI, the arson might have endangered health and life of those sleeping in the building. Nearly a dozen buses were destroyed completely or partially in the fire.

Detective Chief Inspector Kimmo Huhta-aho pointed out that there is no doubt the fire was intentionally ignited.

In June, an activist group announced on Takku.net website that they had started the fire. According to Huhta-aho the bureau still believes that the activists in question are behind the fire.

The bureau promises a notable reward for a tip leading to solving the case and asks for any tips to be reported to their phone number: 029 5418 622. Police will not specify the amount of the reward.
